Dough

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g vegan margarine
  • some water
  • salt

Topping

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 400 g silken tofu
  • egg replacer for 3 eggs (e. g. soy flour: 1 egg = 1 tbsp. soy flour + 2 tbsp. water)
  • approx. 120 ml soy cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g Wilmersburger Pizza Shreds

How it works

  1. Knead the dough ingredients. Add water little by little until it forms a firm dough. Let the dough stand in the refrigerator for 30 min.
  2. Slice the onion into rings and sauté them in a pan with oil until they are glassy. Mix the silken tofu with the egg replacer and two thirds of the soy cream. Add the cooled onions and season it well.
  3. Roll out the dough or put it directly into a greased springform (Ø 26-28 cm). Form a low edge. Put the onion mixture on the dough. Mix Wilmersburger Pizza Shreds with the rest of the soy cream and spread it on the dough.
  4. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes respectively until it turns golden brown.
