Pizza

On Pizza the Wilmersburger melts best when it is given directly on the tomato sauce and the other ingredients are on top. So it is prevented from drying out and creates the typical Italian layer that belongs to any good pizza.

Lasagne

You get the best lasagna, if you give plenty of soy cream on the top and finally spread the Wilmersburger Pizza Shreds on it.

Spaghetti

Spread on Spaghetti Sauce Wilmersburger melts only slightly at first. If you mix sauce, noodles and Wilmersburger, you achieve the classic aromatic note of spaghetti sauce.

Gratin

You achieve a perfect gratin easily if you use enough liquid. With soy cream and little water on the top layer of potato the Wilmersburger Pizza Shreds have optimum melting conditions. If possible, you can also place a bowl of water in the oven, which ensures that it is not too dry while baking.

Pizza bun

For a delicious crust on sandwiches, mix the Wilmersburger with a little soy cuisine and then put it on the sandwiches. Here too, enough moisture is provided for melting.

Also in restaurants you can get a delicious pizza with Wilmersburger. On request every pizzeria will use chesse which you brought with you. Due to the lower heat of the stone oven the topping remains juicy and the Wilmersburger becomes a marvellous melted layer.
